Community Rules & Procedures

Island Spice Productions is dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all attendees. By purchasing admission or attending any Island Spice Productions event, you agree to abide by these Community Standards and Event Rules.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in denial of entry, immediate removal from the event without refund, suspension or permanent prohibition from future events, and notification to SDC or law enforcement when appropriate.

1. Age Requirement

All attendees must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

A valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. No exceptions will be made.

2. Admission

Admission is granted only to individuals who:

  • Are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • Present a valid government-issued photo ID.
  • Are an active SDC (Swingers Date Club) member in good standing.
  • Have purchased admission or received an approved reservation, if applicable.
  • Have paid all event fees in full no later than three (3) calendar days prior to the event.
  • Comply with all event requirements and these Community Standards.

Island Spice Productions reserves the right to verify SDC membership and refuse admission to anyone who fails to meet these requirements or whose presence may compromise the safety, privacy, or enjoyment of the event.

3. Consent

Consent is the foundation of every Island Spice Productions event.

All interactions must be:

  • Mutual
  • Voluntary
  • Enthusiastic
  • Ongoing

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

“No” means No.

Silence is not consent.

Pressure, intimidation, manipulation, repeated requests after a refusal, coercion, unwanted touching, harassment, or retaliation will not be tolerated.

Any violation of another person’s boundaries may result in immediate removal from the event, permanent prohibition from future events, and notification to SDC or law enforcement when appropriate.

4. Respect

Every attendee is expected to treat fellow attendees, Team Members, vendors, venue personnel, and performers with courtesy, dignity, and respect.

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, stalking, intimidation, abusive behavior, disruptive conduct, or behavior that creates an unsafe or unwelcome environment is prohibited.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Privacy and discretion are fundamental values of Island Spice Productions.

Attendees shall not disclose another person’s:

  • Identity
  • Attendance
  • Participation
  • Conversations
  • Personal information
  • Photographs or videos

without that individual’s express permission.

Respecting the confidentiality of everyone you meet is a condition of attendance.

6. Sexual Health

Island Spice Productions promotes responsible participation and encourages all attendees to prioritize their sexual health.

Attendees should maintain current STD/STI testing appropriate for their personal level of activity and have recent test results readily available prior to attending events. Island Spice Productions reserves the right to request proof of recent testing for certain events or circumstances.

Each attendee is solely responsible for their own health decisions, protective practices, and personal interactions.

7. Event Location Confidentiality

Event locations are confidential.

Addresses, venue information, access instructions, gate codes, maps, and any identifying information regarding an event location shall not be shared unless expressly authorized by Island Spice Productions.

Only registered and approved attendees will receive event location information.

Unauthorized disclosure of an event location may result in immediate removal and permanent prohibition from future events.

8. Photography, Recording & Cell Phones

Photography, video recording, livestreaming, screen recording, audio recording, or the use of wearable recording devices is prohibited unless expressly authorized by Island Spice Productions.

This includes:

  • Cell phones
  • Cameras
  • Tablets
  • Smart glasses
  • Wearable recording devices
  • Video equipment

Guests found recording without authorization may be removed immediately without refund.

Cell phones should remain on silent, and attendees must comply with any designated phone-free or camera-free areas.

9. Dress Code & Personal Hygiene

Attendees are expected to comply with the published dress code for each event and maintain appropriate personal hygiene.

Island Spice Productions reserves the right to deny admission to anyone who fails to meet dress code requirements.

10. Alcohol & Controlled Substances

Alcohol should be consumed responsibly.

Illegal drugs and unlawful controlled substances are prohibited.

Attendees who appear excessively intoxicated or impaired may be denied entry or removed from the event without refund.

11. Weapons

Weapons of any kind are prohibited unless expressly permitted by law and approved in advance by both Island Spice Productions and the venue.

12. Parking

Parking is managed exclusively by designated Island Spice Productions Team Members.

Attendees shall follow all parking instructions.

Guests may not block driveways, occupy restricted or reserved spaces, or interfere with traffic flow.

Improperly parked vehicles may be required to relocate or may be towed at the owner’s expense where permitted by law.

Island Spice Productions is not responsible for theft of, loss of, or damage to vehicles or personal property.

13. Respect Venue Property

Attendees are responsible for any damage they cause to the venue, furnishings, decorations, equipment, rental property, or another attendee’s property.

Individuals may be held financially responsible for damages.

14. Illegal Activity

Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Island Spice Productions will cooperate with law enforcement whenever appropriate.

15. Team Members

Island Spice Productions events are supported by designated Team Members responsible for guest services, event operations, parking, safety, and event management.

Attendees must comply with reasonable instructions provided by Team Members.

Failure to do so may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without refund.

16. Health & Safety

Immediately report any of the following to a Team Member:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Unsafe conditions
  • Consent violations
  • Harassment
  • Suspicious behavior

Prompt reporting helps protect everyone in attendance.

17. Removal & Future Attendance

Island Spice Productions reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose conduct:

  • Violates these Community Standards;
  • Endangers others;
  • Damages property;
  • Disrupts the event; or
  • Creates an unsafe, hostile, or unwelcome environment.

Removal is final and without refund.

Serious or repeated violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent prohibition from future Island Spice Productions events.

18. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at an Island Spice Productions event is voluntary.

By attending, you acknowledge that participation in a private social event involves inherent risks and that you accept responsibility for your own decisions, conduct, and interactions throughout the event.

19. Agreement

By purchasing admission, entering an event, or otherwise participating in an Island Spice Productions event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Community Standards and Event Rules.
