Refund Policy

Island Spice Productions is committed to providing high-quality lifestyle events and merchandise. By purchasing event admission, merchandise, or any other products or services from Island Spice Productions, you agree to the following Refund Policy.
1. Event Ticket Sales
All event ticket sales are final.
Once an event ticket or admission has been purchased, no refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be provided except where required by applicable law.
If you are unable to attend an event for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, personal emergencies, or any other circumstance, your purchase remains non-refundable.
Failure to attend an event does not entitle you to a refund or credit toward a future event.
2. Event Payment Deadline
All event balances must be paid in full no later than three (3) calendar days before the scheduled event date.
Failure to pay by the payment deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation or admission without notice. Any payments already received remain subject to this Refund Policy.
3. Event Cancellation by Island Spice Productions
If Island Spice Productions cancels an event and does not offer a replacement event, attendees may receive either:
- A full refund of the amount paid for admission; or
- A credit toward a future event, at the sole discretion of Island Spice Productions.
This section applies only when the event is canceled by Island Spice Productions and not when an attendee is unable to attend.
4. Merchandise Sales
Island Spice Productions offers merchandise including, but not limited to:
- Clothing
- Bags
- Robes
- Accessories
- Promotional merchandise
Returns are accepted only for merchandise that:
- Arrives damaged;
- Is defective; or
- Is incorrect due to our error.
Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery and must include photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law:
- Worn or used apparel
- Items damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or personalized merchandise
- Gift cards
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a question about your purchase, please contact Island Spice Productions before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Submitting a chargeback for a purchase that is subject to this Refund Policy may result in denial of future purchases or event admissions. Island Spice Productions reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law to dispute improper chargebacks and recover any associated fees or losses.
7. Force Majeure
Island Spice Productions shall not be liable for delays, postponements, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, venue closures, utility failures, or other force majeure events.
If an event is canceled due to a force majeure event, Island Spice Productions will determine, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, whether refunds, credits, or other accommodations will be offered.
8. Policy Changes
Island Spice Productions reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website and apply to future purchases.
